Even identical twins are unique. And although your gender, your family, and your culture impacts the development of your personality, we are the only ones that can actually validate what we know to be true about our own unique personality. 

In Lifeworkx, we use the Myers-Briggs Type Inventory© (MBTI) and The Enneagram©. These assessments point to God's common threads of creation woven into you before birth to embrace and give a "common language" to discuss our personality understandings with others to work better together!
